Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and components.
- The item must not show signs of misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.
- Products that require hygienic handling must be clean before being returned.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that we do not offer free returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@sipurrs.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- Photos of the product (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Our customer support team will review your request and provide the correct return address if your return is approved.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Address
To ensure your return is processed correctly, we will provide the appropriate return address after your request has been approved.
Do not return items to the sender's address shown on the package.
Inspection and Processing
Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected.
Approved returns are generally processed within 7 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the package before requesting a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- Any visible damage
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Our products may be fulfilled from international warehouses. If your return is approved, you may be instructed to return the item to our designated international returns facility.
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.
